Payment

BestRugs.com offers free shipping on all rugs from us (BestRugs.com) to you (The Customer).



All return shipping charges are to be paid by you (The Customer). If your shipment is damaged do not accept the package. Refuse to accept deliver and instruct the delivery service to return it to the point of origin marked DAMAGED. All returns that are not marked damaged and do not follow the returns policy will be refused and returned to you (The Customer).

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any unauthorized return shipments will be refused.
