I received my rug and cannot tell you how impressed I am with your service.... It was ordered on Monday and I had it in my house on Thursday. Great service. She told me that she was going to inform Maribel of my situation and that they would take care of returning the rug for me and that they would help me find a red rug. I spoke with Maribel Martinez many times over the course of the next few days, and I must say she gave me the absolute best service I have ever received. She worked hand-in-hand with me to find a rug that fit my needs, and not once did I feel like she was put out with my situation.
